I-TASK OF GOLDEN STAR

1- IMPLEMENTING TASK OF CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

1.1.   Seting up an accounting system for the company;

1.2.   Appointing chief accountant for the company;

1.3.   Assigning work for accountanting staff;

1.4.   Training accounting profession for accounting staff of accounting department;

1.5.   Guiding accountants to perform accounting work;

1.6.   Controlling and re-examining all accounting dossiers and vouchers;

1.7.   Checking accounting entries;

1.8.   Checking the tax reports made by the accountant;

1.9.   Checking the preparation of financial statements;

1.10. Checking the making of tax finalization reports;

2-IMPLEMENTING CONSULTING TASK

2.1.   Consulting accounting, tax (VAT, PIT, CIT) and invoices for company;

2.2.   Working with audit company;

2.3.   Working and explaining with the tax authorities;

2.4.   Consulting to carry out procedures on labor registration, social insurance, health insurance for company.

3-OTHER TASK

3.1.   Working with bank to mobilize capital for company;

3.2.   Making investment project;

3.3.   Preparing business project;

3.4.   Financial analysis for the company;

3.5.   Implementing other tasks as agreed by Parties (Reporting, financial control ...)

II-QUALIFICATION OF CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Person who is in charge of chief accountant of your company has to satisfy following conditons

1.  University degree or above;

2.  Having experiences in accounting, taxation for at least 3 years;

3.  Having a certificate of chief accountant.

III-WAY TO IMPLEMENT SEVICES

Implementing job of chief accountant can be done by one or all of the following methods:

1.  Staff of company  will come to Golden Star's office to get Golden Star's advice and guidance to do the job;

2.  Staff of Golden Star will go to office of clients to do the job.

3.  The staff of Golden Star will answer, guide, advise customers by phone, fax, email or face to face at office of Golden Star or office of customer.

4.  Customers send reports, documents, accounting books to the office of Golden Star for  staff of Golden Star do the job.

5.  Other implementing way as agreed by Parties.

IV-SERVICE CHARGES

We determine the cost of services based on the level of complexity and efficiency of the actual work completed.
