When there are letters and documents are send to customers, Golden Star will receive correspondence on behalf of customers and immediately notify by email / phone / SMS to customers. |

Golden Star will forward documents and letters to the address requested by customers (customers pay fee - according to the postage fee). |

Customers can put company name board at the rental address. |
|

5 |
Reception: When there are guests come to contact, customers will pick up guests at the rental address. |

Customers can use office equipment of Golden Star: Printers, scanners, photocopiers. Maximum of 100 copies / month.

II- CONTRACT TERM AND PAYMENT
1.Service charge: VND 550,000.00/per month
2.Contract term: At least 12 months
3.Payment method: Paying in Vietnam Dong (VND) in the form of bank transfer or cash.
4.Payment period: Payment in advance 6 months/time (Incase prepaying 12 months, service charge will be discount 6% ).
5.Depositing to guarantee contract implementation: Depositing 3 months of service charge and pay in advance 6 months.
6.Note: The above service charge is included 10% VAT.
