Business registration fee according to Circular No. 47/2019/TT-BTC dated August 5, 2019 of the Minister of Finance, stipulating the rate of collection, mode of collection, payment, management and use of fees for providing business information business registration fee.

License fees are implemented in accordance with Decree No. 139/2016/ND-CP dated October 4, 2016 of the Government regulating license fees. Decree 22/2020/ND-CP dated February 24, 2020 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 139/2016/ND-CP.
