Enterprise Law 2020, passed by the 14th National Assembly of Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its 9th session on June 17, 2020, takes effect from January 1, 2021.

Enterprise Law No. 68/2014/QH13, passed on November 26, 2014, stipulating the establishment, organization, management, reorganization, dissolution and related activities of enterprises.
