A/ Planning, tax reviewing and consulting, tax return and tax claim

Assess the observance of tax obligations

Supporting the client in inspection/ finalization; on behalf of the client deal with Inspector team

Prepare dossier, explain and perform refund VAT, PIT, Import-Export Tax

Consulting on tax effects for the estimated contracts or other financial decisions
 

B/ Consulting, perfecting internal control system for business

Review company’s departments model

Consulting positions of employees in order to cross check among different parts

Consulting arrangement of employees’ responsibility and duties within the company in order to assure the effectiveness and efficiency of accounting department;

Supporting the method of keeping vouchers and accounting system

Discussion about requirements of management to each part, each department and whole company as well as other administrative requirements from Executive Managements and Board of Directors

Discussion about existed problems of administration in general and remaining

Problems of accounting and finance in particular

Reviewing the method of keeping vouchers and how those receipts are rotated among departments within the company. Checking legality of the vouchers; setting up forms to be used for comparing each account amongst monthly in order to avoid differences between General ledger and voucher, between details and general

Review weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports which are prepared by accountant and are read by Executive management and Board of Directors;

Review accounts receivable; management and utilization of company’s assets such as cash, fixed assets, inventory, the method of updating exchange rate, interest rates of banks, capital, accounts payable, expenses in order to eliminate any loss in administration and trade, and increase the financial ability of company.
