1.8.Supporting customer to work and explain to the tax authority in the scope of the work was done;

1.9.Notifying the amount of tax payable, time to pay.

2-ACCOUNTING AND BOOKKEEPING SERVICES

2.1.Performing accounting book entry on computer accounting software;

2.2.Preparing detailed accounting books as prescribed relying on vouchers provided by customer;

2.3.Calculating fixed asset depreciation;

2.4.Calculating and allocating tools, prepaid expenditures;

2.5.Preparing quarter financial statements;

2.6.Preparing annual financial statements;

3-SALARY CALCULATION SERVICES

3.1.Preparing salary sheet monthly includes wages, bonuses and allowances;

3.2.Preparing and calculating salary for staff monthly;

3.3.Calculating amount for social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance monthly;

3.4.Calculating individual income tax monthly;

4-OFFICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

Performing procedures relating to labor and social insurance;

5-CONSULTING SERVICES

5.1.Advising on accounting law, tax law, regulation on using invoice for customer within the scope of work was performed;

5.2.Working with audit company (if any);

6-REPORTING

6.1.Preparing and submitting annual report to Department of Planning and Investment about progress of investment project. 

6.2.Preparing and submitting annual statistic report to the Statistic Agency.

6.3.Submitting tax report to the tax authority.
