PROFESSIONAL SERVICE ON ANNUAL REPORT FOR REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE

Overview
According to prevailing regulations, Representative Offices (“ROs”) of foreign companies operating in Vietnam are required to submit their Annual Reports on their activities to the local Departments of Industry and Trade before the last working day of January in the following year.
Services Introduction
For your ease of considering the engagement in our Annual Report Assistance Services, we would like to outline the scope of our work performance as follows:
Advising the Necessary Procedures
Discuss with person in charge of your RO to understand the business activities of the RO for the whole year through;
Identify whether the RO creates a Permanent Establishment under the Vietnam tax laws;
Advise the RO about what contents should be reported.
Preparing and Submitting the Annual Report
Provide the formats required to be completed by the RO;
Assist the RO in preparation of the Annual Report;
Review the Annual Report in English;
Translate the English Report into Vietnamese;
Finalize the Report in both English and Vietnamese;
Submit both of them to the local Department of Industry and Trade;
Liaise with the local Department of Industry and Trade to obtain its acknowledgement that the RO is in compliance with the Annual Reporting requirements;
Assist to involve in any issues incurred/ clarification from the local Department of Industry and Trade on the submitted Reports.
